Organizations interested in arranging Pre-events or 'Day 0' Events are invited to submit requests for a session slot through the application e-form.
Pre-events will be held on the day before the official 19th IGF programme begins, or Day 0. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account space availability, the relevance of the requests received, and the regional and stakeholder balance of the overall Day 0 programme. The format and content of pre-events are up to the organizers, but the pre-event must have a link to Internet governance and, to the extent possible, should be linked to the IGF 2024 subthemes.

The organizers understand that on this ‘unofficial’ day they may not have the same support - in terms of live transcription - as sessions in the regular programme.
