Invitation

United Nations Under-Secretary-General Sha Zukang has issued an invitation to the fourth annual Meeting of the IGF. The invitation contains the official agenda for the meeting.

Registration and logistics

For practical information, please refer to the FAQ's and the Host Country Web site.
Online registration for the annual Meeting has now closed.
On site registration will begin Friday, 13 November 2009 and will take place at the Maritim Jolie Ville Royal Peninsula Hotel, next to the Conference Centre in Sharm El Shiekh.

Remote Participation

Regional stakeholders interested in organizing a remote hub are invited to to contact the IGF Secretariat as soon as possible.

Planning meeting:

A planning meeting, open to all stakeholders, was held in Geneva on 16-17 September 2009.
